if you're working with weights, you'll burn fat and develop muscles; this is why weight training is considered the most effective exercise. if you want to boost your workout, start sprinting, instead of walking/jogging. any other form of interval training will do as well. don't eliminate fat and car...

I do. as I mentioned in workout routine: sprint/running 3 times a week. 1st meal of the day is oatmeal porridge (with a tall glass of whole milk), a hard boiled egg, 7/9 almonds. for supper I usually have steamed rice, lightly cooked chicken or fish, some veggies and another hard boiled egg. in betw...
