Stick to a workout routine and eat 5 meals. However limit your portions! Try fasting 1 day a week. I know I'm going to get blasted :shock: for this suggestion, as this is not for everyone. When you get hungry drink water, green tea, of have a cup of coffee. Good luck! Jerry

Broken Foot
I broke foot @ a month ago and so haven't been working out. What exercises can I do while not putting weight on foot?

I agree. You will see results with compound movements. You are using all your muscles.

Full body workout with dumbells 3x a week. 20 minutes is good. Take this from an older guy.
