thank you that is fantastic advise 
i`m gna hit the weights first, then do cardivascular. i`m gna take one day off completely. and break routine and use it just swim.

thank u :) a fat imobiser its atable to aid weight loss, to help support weight maintenance when combined with appropriate exercise and a low-fat diet. ive been thinkin about it and i think maybe thats whats making me hungry lol im gna try not takin supplements and to do it naturally, i may however ...

post your diet and workout. is there anything wrong with how i`m working out?
its been two weeks since i joined the gym
i been workin out 6 days n have one day off but m going to start swimmin on tht day
i workout an hour 30 minutes a day, i do 30 minutes cardivasular, and the rest doin light weights.
goal is to tone up and reduce fat .
