eating i do eat 6 meals a day Breakfast:honey bunches of oats w/skim milk snack:yogurtt lunch:leftovers from last night snack:yogurt Dinner: whatever mom makes but its healithy cause she is a helth nut Snack: ice cream sandwitch or warm milk w/sweet and low Workout: i do try to do strenth on monday ...

Anyway i do work them but i am more comcerned on burning fat on and chest. Do you know what will help burn fat in these areas?

Using Workouts on t.v?
Hi i find that when i follow workouts on this station called Fit TV i do them better and more commited than when i find something on own and do it self. Are these Good workouts? If not what is a good program for me? I am mainly looking to tone up chest and lose fat around . lower body is fairly tone...
