Circuit training does not always have to be done on a time limit though. It could be done by reps. Lift/push/pull the max weight you can lift in 8-12 reps or 12-15 reps (whatever you want). for example - 3 sets of 12-15 reps. I don't smoke, hate it, cover nose and hold breath when I walk by someone doing it, and it's very unhealthy, and should be ban. I rather breathe air rather than smoke. I don't get why Tobacco is not banned and weed/other drugs are. It is just as unhealthy as the other drugs, in opinion a worse smell...
