Yeah, where that often would happen is eating out where brown may not be available. At least people know it won't kill them.

Go for wholegrain rice and wholegrain Pasta too. These days you can get rice that is done in a couple of minutes.

Just another thing I thought of, would I be better off to stay away from other upper body workouts while I build these up? Would once or twice a week be sufficient

the bloke who set the site has taken it dowen or something but hasn't contacted me so i'm not sure what's going on with it as for the exercises: bw = bodyweight x ova = cross over cable machine and where it days low or hip pulley that is what height you want the cable coming from when doing the exe...

Thanks for the help so far. Your site seems to be down at the moment. Do you have any other reference material as I do not know many of these excercises. Also, how many times a week should I do these before I start using the bench etc.

Hi I damaged rotator cuff on right shoulder just over a year ago, I presume from not warming up properly and spending an hour on a cross trainer on maximum speed, Doh! I did this exercise last week, basically the same form as I'd use for squats but at the top of the movement I feel alot of pressure on knees, am i using poor form?
