Thanks for your help. Should I be increasing weights if I am only looking to tone up and stay slender versus getting more bulk on arms?

Just wondering since I had always heard that repetitions versus weight would be the difference between keeping muscles lean versus bulking them up.

Any suggestions on ways to change up workouts and etc to drop the last 10 lbs? I have been struggling for years with this. Currently, I'm not so worried about diet. 6 weeks to lose 10lbs.

HELP! I just got asked to be in a wedding and its in 6 weeks! I am a parent and son is in daycare 3 days a week so I have roughly 3 days to get to the gym on lunch hour (actual time in the gym equates to about 40 minutes). I work 8-5 in a desk job. This wasnt helpful at all, and I never even gave you a breakdown on current diet, sir. So I think what you are saying is extremely out of the element. Nutrition Plan

I am on the go constantly and just started P90x-lean version- for the second year in a row ( I usually do it during the summer months).

Any suggestions on a daily diet to abide by. It says that I need to get down to roughly 1450 calories a day to lose weight.
