I Agree with BossMan do not isolate them because you will use them enough in your major lifts anyway, and the main benefits for mma are grappling strength and some lethal ground and pound!!!

no do not increase the weight each set because you will not hit your repititions, try upping the weight every week if you can if not just add a few more reps

When is the best time to sink these because i hear so many different times, for example. one first thing in morning and one after workout. one before workout one after workout, one in morning one at night????? currently im doing morning and after workout

You should not be benching every day of the week. You need to mix it up and give your body a day rest in between bench sessions. You should not work the same muscles every day because they need time to recover. What does your program look like? what exercises are you doing? well for example Monday-...

you do include the bar in the total weight and you wont get weaker it will just take your muscles longer try a little less weight and more reps and make sure your protein intake is pretty high because its very important after a work out it will 2x you recover time and the amount of time it takes to...

Weight Gainer because it also has muscle builder in it aswell (Protein), but also eating high protein meals such as chicken and tuna< basically just increase your protein intake and stick to a good trg regime
