Hi nam is leaha i just joined, im currantly around wieght goal but i have 2 problem areas.. upper thys and stomach...that i just cant seem to reduce the fat and gain muscle...all the fat i seem to burning is from bustline! i workout every second day doing fat burning intervals,strengh training, and ...
