Honestly I really don't like turkey meat at all even at Thanksgiving lol

So I settled on

1 red meat
2 vegetarian with lots of mushrooms
2 chicken incl a chicken kebob
2 pork

Turns out is a liver thing and too many sessions per week so I have dialed it back to 3 and am working on the liver infection. Thanks guys for the suggestions.

I need some ideas please I was sailing along first 4 weeks went by fine now all of a sudden muscles feel like I have the flu I feel weak, lethargic and slow and unable to work out. Problems with Animal Protein

I have a little quandry that maybe somebody can help with I like to have an animal protein with evening meal BUT I am allergic to seafood and I have high cholesterol and triglycerides nd have gout which limits red meat I am on a pretty lean budget which leaves pork and chicken now as you can imagine...

The comment about purines is spot on I ama gout sufferer but I take allopurinol and consume about 150-200g of protein per day and have suffered no adverse effects yet. 2 weks in and some early success.......bsides the fact that I love food network lol. I have lost 8 pounds eating 4-5 times a day consuming 1750-2250 calories a day. I log all foods and work out 3 times a week (I know it should be more but give me time) So things are going in the right direction........

Cheera guys the rod back is a long one but hopefully I ill be able to walk it this time. If nothing else I have to remember avoid alcohol....once I forget that I put weight on in chunks.

If it is really hard even if you just go and so 2.5 mph for 10 mins and a few chest presses just do something eventually the funk will lift but if you let the funk overtake you it will get harder and harder and harder to get going again. WII fit plus is good for a low key workout between hard gym days. I don;t think it would work as a stand alone program but as an off day companion it is pretty cool.
