Yea I knew about clothes. I'm just glad to see I don't have some freaky problem. I think just taking measurements once a week is probably the way to go.

How do you lose significant amounts of weight through respiration in a day?

I'm trying to gain weight, and I think I'm doing pretty good. I went from 150 to 160 in a month. The problem I'm having is weight is apparantly erratic. I have never been seriously injured while working out. I've always been pretty athletic and active but I'm really just getting into weight lifting.
