I started yesterday,and this is how it looks
Pushups 7,6,5
Chinups 5,6,7
Pseudo pushups 3x10
Plank 2x1 minute
3x10 squats
40 regullar pushups
50 crunches
I ll do 4 days and rest 1 day. I hope this is good routine
