By the way, i was wondering if there was any suggested ammount of reps, sets, and if i should be using a comfortable amount of weight or constantly build up, even though i'm not trying to bulk up like crazy.

I usually have a protein shake in the morning only because i'm in a dorm type setting ( just for the next 4 weeks), so i'm really limited on what i can/can't have.
