the same exercises each day? there's a better way some exercises don't lend themselves to certain reps like you wouldn't do chin ups for sets of 20 cos you couldn't do 20, you could on the other hand do 6 maybe so they should be used then see what i'm saying? where did you get this from? what if yo...
