Swimming in long baggy shorts with hand paddles increases the intensity of a swim.
For those of you with young children, your kid lying on your back while doing front crawl has the same effect and does wonders for your breathing technique. :lol:

Thanks for the sound advice everyone, I do think de-cafe is the way to go,(Cassie eh yep, Contractors coffee, milk and two sugars, full of crap) actually brought some de-cafe this morning. Coffee good or bad?

I am interested in peoples opinion on coffee, I have read that it can increase stamina, encourage fat burning and also act as a pain killer, I have no doubt I drink to much at about 12 cups, what are the pro's and con's?
