I think i need more food

Hey While doing gym routine etc i have been talking to diff people there and the gym instructers about diet and some people tell me that im not eating enough. I think its more towards stiffness. Because like its not pain wher if i bend back it hurts like hell its more like after it hurst i start to stretch a bit and that kinda takes the hurt away. I can still bend back etc but it doesnt hurt to the level where i can hardly move etc.
