Ok im 130 pounds, 22 years old, havent been exercising long, no major health issues, and weight gain would prob be main problem.

Muscle building help

Hi all,
looking for advice on building muscle around upper chest, shoulders and arms. aswell as upper and lower legs. Basically im a human matchstick man lookin to bulk up a bit. Any advice would be great.
