Hi all,
looking for advice on building muscle around upper chest, shoulders and arms. aswell as upper and lower legs. Basically im a human matchstick man lookin to bulk up a bit. Any advice would be great.

You first need to get yourself in basic condition. That means you want to work all your body parts equally 2 or 3 times per week.
You need to do this for 6 weeks and then you will increase the resistance with all the exercises (but not all at the same time).
You will need to increase your caloric intake and make certain that you are taking in sufficient amounts of protein.
You should start to see some noticeable results during the second 6 week period.
After 12 weeks let us know how you are progressing and we can make some suggestions on modifying your workout and/or diet.
You will need to take in a calorie-rich diet which will probably include a fair amount of dairy products (I like ice cream).
There are plenty of discussions on whole body workouts and you can read up on them in older threads.
