Routine | Your Comment

Hello, I want to share routine with you guys, i'm refining it for the last 6 months (changing exercises etc...) I'm doing 5X5, 2 Weeks then I switch to 3X8 for the 2 others. Give me your comments. During 5X5 i'm doing 15 sec between rep, 2mins between exercises.

45 minutes workout, feel like I did cardio and I'm gaining strength....

I prefer "full" body for one reason, if I miss one day of training it doesn't matter.

Another plus is that when you start your training by legs exercise you are stimulating your testosterone so the rest of the training is just better to gain strength.

Hello Madmaxx,

As you are sick your body needs all is strength to combat the virus.

That's been said, I'm always hitting the gym when i'm sick, I don't like loosing weight and strength I feel like the cold is winning.

If your like me and still want to go, reduce by 50% your intensity.
