So 10-20 curl reps on each arm every 2 days? I just don't see how I can get sore from that. I mean from what I know, you have to get sore in order for you muscles to grow back stronger. I feel like 10-20 reps would be too easy, so I'll always be tempted to do more reps

should i get 25 or 30 lbs dumbbells? Because doing 10-20 reps using 15 lbs doesn't make sense to me, since I can do 50+. And no, I don't swing arms. From what I understand, it also has to do with power (for physics nerds, it's work divided by time), and I guess more power by doing less reps with hea...

I have been working out since 6th grade. I'm a senior in HS. I haven't always been active though. I usually let school sports compensate for not working out at home.
