Hello Everyone, I am the new kid to the site. I see that a lot of people talk about taking oats with their protein. So whats the deal? What kind of oats if everyone taking? How much? When? Should it be accompanied with protein powder or by itself? Should I eat oat's (complex Carbs) before I workout?...
