Re: Morning Workout Meal Question
Thanks for the advice. schedule isn't necessarily for added weight loss but a time factor. I usually work 12 hour shifts and I am pressed for time to get in a good workout. I usually prepare meals and food for the day between the gym and work. So how about some suggestions for good quick pre-prepare...

Re: When to train
I prefer to work out before going to work. But because of the location of the gym and traffic at going in the middle of the day when working nights I have to leave home around noon to leave myself plenty of time to get a good workout, shower, and not be rushed. When to train
I have been working nights and have been having a hard time finding a routine I can stick with. I work 10 hour days, 2:30pm to 1am. I find it hard to find and make the time before I go work. So I was wondering what the pros and cons of training at 1am and then going to bed would be.
Thanks,
Rob

Re: Post work-out and Cardio
I don't remember what I paid, and I usually do 30 minutes after lifting about 3 or 4 times a week, depending on time.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Post work-out and Cardio
That's what I've always heard, but this stuff specifically says immediately after. Directions: DARK MATTER is your ultimate post workout muscle growth accelerator designed to be taken immediately after your workout before you consume any other shake or meal. All other substances will only slow down ...

Re: Post work-out and Cardio
That's what I have been doing, I usually mix own shake but bought something this time and the instructions say take immediately after training, so I just wanted a 2nd opinion.
Thanks,
Rob

Post work-out and Cardio
Hi, hope this is the right place for this question.
I have started doing Cardio after training. Should I do post work out shake before or after I do cardio or does it really matter?
