So I have been working out solid for a good month and a half. I have had awesome results imo for 1 1/2 mon. But at first a lot of the stuff I was doing gave me a good burn, Now I dont get that so much.....More so can't do anymore and struggle to put it up but no more burn. Is that fine or do you rea...

The only time I use the gatorade after is after the workout shake. Another thing I just started using today is mixing a half of bannana and peanut butter in the shake...WOW...DELICIOUS!!!!!! anyways thx for the input guys if anyone has more suggestions or comments please continue.

Just curious if anyone has heard of this?

friend who is a bodybuilder says immediately after your workout slam a protein shake with glutamine and creatine mixed in (standard) but after that drink something with a lot of sugar i.e. gatorade, powerade and it somehow spikes your insulin levels forcing that nutrience into your muscles?

Interesting, mainly for bfast I eat egg whites/oatmeal....In-between meals Protein shake...Lunch Tuna or pasta or chicken and rice etc...in between shake, Dinner Chicken or pasta or steak or well you get the hint... Question....

I was wondering if you go to the gym 5 days a week is that enough time for your muscles to heal/grow before you go again? I am going every other day and I would like to go 5 days a week but I'm concerned it will affect prior days workout. I hope you guys get what i'm saying.
