hey guys, I just started working out about a month and a half ago. I am getting decent results. One of friends is into bodybuilding and has givin me great advice, but I wanna know what routines work best for you. I am in decent shape now. I am going for bulk right now.
Currently taking, Creatine, Glutamine, Protein shakes. With a semi high protein intake. Shakes in between meals. Any info is appreciated.
New to the site. Question for ya guys.

Well obviously I want to look great, but I wanna be strong as well.
I was just looking for peoples input on routines. It seems like I am doing about 3 exercises per muscle. But it seems like I'm lacking on some. I usually do Chest and Tri's. day off, Bi's, Back and shoulders, day off and back to chest and Tri's etc...every other day. I know I need to start legs but I feel legs are pretty strong and I wanna get the upper body caught up. I am killing chest and tri's. But biceps don't feel like they're getting the workout they should be. same with back. Any input on that or others like shrugs etc...[/b]
