How is your eating? Diet can make a huge difference especially when it comes to the ab muscles. Cut out the fat and sugar.

I agree with Standapart. As long as you do the one legged style correctly, you can feel your hamstrings working harder than with the two legged. I also agree that the two legged can be harder on the back. Dead lifts are tough, they need to be done correctly or trouble can ensue.

Freestyle training

Has anyone tried it? I started three months ago and I can already see results. The jeans that I could barely get over hips last month now wear perfectly.
