I do go to Gym regularly, and have been doing weights for quite sometime. I do weight 3 times a week and cardio HIIT 3 times a week. proble is that legs especially part below knees are very slim. Golfing over the Weekend
Had gone Golfing over the long weekend but managed to keep the regime in control. I did nit miss workouts. Tried Interval Training Today
Hoi Swanso, Tried your suggestion today. Stationary Bike 5 Mins Warmup 1 min, 4 Resistance 1 Min, 8 Resistance. Did that for 20 mins. Cool down 5 Mins. It really feels good. Probably the feeling that you pulled it through makes it feel all that better. Thanks, is there any improvement I need to do?
