you can look up almost any excercise on youtube and see how to do them properly. You can also go to the excercise section on fittracker and see an example of any excercise listed there... just click the box next to the excercise listed. I hope this helps a little.

Okay... I have now got 10lb. DB's and this is the plan I have come up with for weekly routine. I would love any input on what I may be doing wrong or ways to make it better. thanks for your reply... I usually do 20-25 mins. of cardio (trying to build up to 45 mins.) but what I'm getting is that I need to go heavier with the weights on strength training days. I was assuming that I should start out fairly light and work way up to heavy. I usually do 3 sets of 15 reps for ...
