Haha I wasnt trying to endorse program...although I'll admit it seems like it...I was just pointing out the hard work that got me to goals and achievements...and that some of the big football players (including best friend/training partner) shared workout--with some of their own refinements to it of...

swanso...i'll agree there is a mental part to it, but I know I train just as hard when I'm not taking it...however, I am a big believer in the brain. I'm just curious...have you tried any supplements before?

And to clearify, you were dead on with the diet/training. I'm not saying I wasnt progressing without creatine, because I was doing good without it...I had a workout that I built and refined over 5 years of lifting and diet was excellent...and those are most important like you said, but in opinion it...

"Some guy who's got decent results, but only been training for say 6 months, and weighs 150lbs, won't get that increase, and for most, it's their way of trying to address lack of progress issues, better mended by diet and / or training changes. " Bossman...I had been training for 5 months ...

I dont remember how long I took it, but it worked for me. Was a heavy lifter in HS (weighed 150 but was VERY strong for size), stopped for 3 months in the summer time...went to college and started lifting again. By the end of spring I was 175 lbs and had improved some from high school lifts. I just ...

Understandable. I have 2 quick stories for you. 1.I was a freshman in HS and weighed 105 lbs. Everyone that went to our weight room was huge, they had a wall with the top ten weights on it for certain lifts...you get the point. I got comments all the time (started benching with 95 lbs, 3 sets of 8) ...
