Im 16 years old 160 6'1 and trying to bulk up trying to hit 200-225 next Summer 2009 I need a workout routine doesnt matter how many days a week ive heared 3day a week is the best way with rest between each day Mon/Wed/Fri. im 16 years old 6'1 160 I am currently eating very much around 3000 calories.
