I was working out for a while, shoulder are getting broad ..i am 5.6 and it doesn't look good for me..i wanna develp traps and chest with good shoulders..please help me..what kind of exercises i need to do..
I been doing exercises for last one year, sucessfully i loose lil fat(except from lower abs). It is very hard to loose fat from lower abs, i love to have nice (six pack)abs..please advice me what kind of exercises...will be good for me to loose fat.
