No music for me. When you've got headphones on, it's like your in your own little world. I like being approachable by other members and to talk to others between sets or when I'm resting.

I have pretty much the same body shape. Makes me look like a stick. Lately I've been doing lots of shoulder exercises, so now I look wider at the top.

I'd stretch it out lightly. Get into a position where you will pull on the muscle lightly, and just hold for half a minute.

Try to get somebody to spot you too. That way you don't have to worry about the weights falling on you, so you can focus on benching properly in good form.

i don't really believe in 'hardgainers", you just need to be smarter...basically you'll have a high metabolism so 'lots of exercise" isn't the way to go as you're leaving no time for growth and recovery...3 x 45min sessions a week, with 1 maybe 2 easy cardio sessions and lots of good qual...

What was funny is that the drink wont make you big, for hard gainer and all these things I don't really care, work hard/smartly, eat clean, time your carbs, eat enough and everything will comes ... I've been doing that for months already. I've gained ~2lbs since November, that's why I'm trying this...

When is the optimal time to drink the mass gain drink? The guy there suggested I only take 1.5 scoops each time as opposed to 3, because I weigh about 150lbs. He suggested that I drink one in the morning at 8, and one after I work out at about 6. Then drink one at night the next day, which I don't ...
