I just really love running but I don't want to ruin joints from it.
Yes I do the short step thing.
Is there anything I can do about this?

Hi lovely people thankyou for your replies. First off - I think I can safely say he was not hitting on me...I was certainly not having an attractive day ;) What prompted the remark was the fact that I 'slam' feet down onto the ground, and barely put any pressure on heel - so most of the weight is go...

Bossman is the real expert on nutrition so I'm sure he will post very soon on this but in the meantime: I would say you're not eating enough. If I ate that little I would feel faint! First off you're definitely not getting enough protein, it will be hard to build any sort of muscle on your current a...

Okay, that will be a trip this weekend then - running shoes!

Do you find it affects your calf muscles?
I have reallly big calves and I've never understood why - it's not in family and I hardly wear heels - could it be the weirdo flat feet running?!!

FLAT FEET!! :( :( :(

I was on the treadmill the other day at gym and one of the instructors actually stopped me to tell me that the way I run is going to cause me massive injury and it's most likely to do with having flat feet. So I run weird  I was wondering if anyone else had fugly flat feet like mine and if anyo...

Hi hun- ARGH the dreaded cellulite! As you have mentioned earlier it is a lot to do with genetics, but there are some things I do which make a bit of difference. First off: BODY BRUSH! Use a bristle body brush to massage the area every morning until it hurts a bit. Cut back on caffeine. Boooo! Appar...

Does anyone else sing along to their ipod and realise too late that a)you're actually singing out loud, very loudly b)it's an uber embarrassing song. I sing along in classes...

Most awkward moment at the gym...

Well, as last night I had an 'erotic' dream about one of gym instructors and am definitely going to be a little red-faced before I even start on the cardio when I see him in the gym today, what shameful moments have other people experienced? I have a few more too: Not being able to open locker with ...
