cardio and weight training

i've been weight training for a few months now and have had some good results. however, although i have built quite a bit of muscle i still have some fat on stomach and some on chest. is going for a jog around 4-5 times a week ok for getting rid of this fat along with usual 3 weight sessions a week?...

cheers mate... at the moment 3 times a week and build back into 5 times a week as im just getting back into the gym again

amount of training for different muscles

gday im sure this question has been asked many times and im sorry i couldnt find it...
but i wanted to ask if its a good idea to work the same muscle groups twice a week? and which muscle groups should be done on the same day?

vague question i know... but what do you guys reckon?
