I noticed on exhales I was pursing lips like I was trying to blow up a balloon. I consciencely stopped and it seemed to help.

I think I'm sufficiently hydrated and I don't feel like I'm overdoing the weight, so maybe breathing just sucks.

Seeing whitespots

Last couple of sessions I've seen white spots midway through workout. Is this common?

I'm in the middle of a workout now and I'm starting to get them again.

Maybe you should finish growing into a mans body. Most 12 year olds don't 6 packs :lol: I've seen 6 year old kids at the swimming pool with abs to die for. I wrestled in junior high and most of us had ripped abs (they didn't have the term "six-pack" back then, though). 8 year old has 'em....

Thanks. I think I understand the need for immediate protein, but I'm a little vague on the carb/insulin part. I think I understood it to mean more carbs allows for increased insulin release which more quickly allows the protein to be absorbed into the muscle? Or am I way off? I have 20g protein Myop...

Plus if you take Protein shakes with little Carbs in, or in addition to from a food source, then you won't get as good an Insulin response, making it harder to get Protein into muscles, and possibly causing more wastage. Can you expound on that? I don't want to waste money on Protein shakes, or use...
