right now i bench 125 and squat 160

i need to bench 185 and squat 225 by July for football........any suggestions

im 15 years old 175 pounds and just got into weight lifting and brother made this routine for me is it good? give me a better routine if you can DAY 1: -pullups 3 sets of 5 -barbell extensions 3 sets of 10 -dips 3 sets of 15 -rows 3 sets of 10 -incline dumbbell press 3 sets of 15 -bench press 3 sets...
