5'8'' 130 and you need to lose fat? Does anyone else think something is wrong with this.If anything you need to get bigger

Take protein and workout. Do some cardio for 25minutes+ And youll drop the fat. Eat low fat foods and eat properly

Well taking a multi vitamin and omega3 supplement wont do you anygood gaining weight. Eat more(dont be scared to eat healthy fats)peanut butter,nuts,meats your body needs fat. Also take protein
