Ok I have been dieting on and off, and 3 out of the 7 days In the week I work out. When I started dieting I was 153 (almost 2 months ago), I am now 145 but I look the same. Is there a way to calculate how much calories/fat/protein I need to consume to lose weight and still keep muscle? I really want...

Am I doing anything wrong.

I started dieting on Monday, and its been 3 days. I worked out on Monday & Wendnesday and plan to go again on Friday. The thing is weight went down from 150 to 148. And today had Skim milk with cereal for breakfast at 6 AM, when I got home at 12 AM i felt like i was about to faint. Here is eatin...
