Working out twice a week good?

I do to sports. Wushu(martial arts), and Breakdancing. They both require legs. So i wanted to weight train upper body 45 minutes twice a week. If i did that would i still get stronger?

Muscles to work that help handstands, and planche

and you all know what a handstand is hopefully. What muscles should i work to help planche, and handstand. I'm hoping to weight train for it to help me.
