usually u start off with the ache and it goes away when ur body gets used to the routine..so u need to challenge urself a little more

and i agree with the others, cardio is great but you need to do some weight training as well..start off slowly and make ur way into a program..

caffeine is good because it works ur system so that you go to the bathroom..which is something that fiber does as well..

caffeine is OK..with a little bit of skim milk if ur doing coffee..but not tooo much caffeine..in most diets it's two cups of coffee/tea maximum a day
