need tips for getting ripped
i just started training about 2-3 weeks ago i would like to be big but i would also like to be cut up does anybody have any suggestions what should i work on first weightlifting or cardio whatever ?

I just started working out two weeks ago. I weigh 178 pounds and would like to way 200 pounds can anyone give me some tips to gain muscle mass .. the only thing that im doing right now is drinking protein and creatine supplements
