thanks for the imput guys i was wondering about the little bit of body fat i gained its not to much but im happy i was weighing in at 168 about 5 weeks ago and i am now 186.4

i agree with LoudAccord use heavy free weights till failure you will get alot bigger i was in the same position as you and i gained ten pounds in about two weeks also using creatine and protein and i eat as much as i can

need tips for getting ripped

i just started training about 2-3 weeks ago i would like to be big but i would also like to be cut up does anybody have any suggestions what should i work on first weightlifting or cardio whatever ?

I just started working out two weeks ago. I weigh 178 pounds and would like to way 200 pounds can anyone give me some tips to gain muscle mass .. the only thing that im doing right now is drinking protein and creatine supplements :)
