CHEST AND BACK

Hi ,can anyone tell me why that when im doing back or chest i dont feel it in tyhose areas ?the only place i feel it in is shoulders and arms.I dont feel as though back and chest are getting good workouts.Thanks

Thanks,it was allways free weights i used till i got shoulder injury,then the machines didnt seem to put as much strain on shoulders,but ill try using them again.I would be greatful on any help you could give me on programme,ie:- exercises per muscle group. Once again thanx

exercise per muscle group

hi everyone hope yous can help .I train 5 days a week as follows Monday - chest Tuesday - back Wednesday - legs Thursday - triceps/shoulders Friday -biceps/traps The problem im having is ideally how many exercises should i do for each muscle group.The now im doing:- Chest - chest press(machine),benc...
