Just one question - with the sultanas should I not mix them in with oats and eat them 15 minutes before the oats?

This is how I think about it:

Anything processed is bad for you and has no nutritional value whatsoever; you will feel hungry soon after eating it.

Try to eat as much food without human interference (that's how I look at it) lots of fruit and veggies.

Prior to now I used to eat meals quickly and I wouldn’t register that I was full so portion was bigger. Now I have a smaller portion and eat and chew food slowly, placing knife and fork down between bites. It takes 20 minutes for the brain to register that it is full. mmmm after reading your ...

Can I just ask is this raw weight?

I am eating 3/4 cups of oats for breakfast and I find it fills me up and I sometimes struggle to eat it all :roll:
