Thanks guys. The pulldown thing, is forced down with the use of the back of upper arms, so hands are not used at all. Theres no way I cud do pressups at the moment. I Broke arm 3 or 4 months ago, and the healing process took alot longer than it should have. Hence me still having a really weak arm, and can't do free weights at all, due to not being able to grip properly and lift much.
