waist belt
anyone use any of the waist belts to sweat more in the tummy area? i heard they are good for excess bloating or water weight. i'm thinking of getting one to use when running. I have a lot of extra tummy fat from pregnancy.

strength training at home
Hello! I am 26/5'4/145lbs goal is weight loss, 135 would be nice maybe 130. I am doing cardio for 35-60 min 4-6 times a week and would like to add weights. I've done wts before and truly love the alone time in the gym. Unfortunately, I have a 4 yr old, I work rotating shifts, and husband is in Iraq....
