diet totally stinks. I need to work on that. I have been going to the gym for about 3 or 4 months now. I do intervals on the treadmill for 20 minutes 4 days a week. 3 minutes at 2.3 mph, 2 minutes at 2.7 mph at 3.5 incline alternating the whole 20 minutes. I use the Hammer Strength Machines. streng...

Thanks! I have tried not hanging on, but I have a hard time keeping balance. I mean, I can't walk straight at times when not hanging on. Is that something I just need to get used to?

I have heard that women cannot have big muscles like men. So then how do some body building women have these big muscles? Does that mean they are on steroids? Just curious.
