Okay i'm just a little confused. I train in the mornings. when i wake up i drink a protein shake, two scoops of whey and it has 0 carbs, then i eat a bannana on the way to the gym. after i work out i drink another shake and eat some toasted wheat bread with peanut butter on it. am i doing this right...

Well i can't see myself waking up earlier to eat, the drive to the gym is two miles. What can i eat on the way out. Well for me 3:50 is the only time i have. I work 65 to 72 hours a week. I go to work at 5:30am in the morning and get off at 6:00pm.
