Okay i'm just a little confused. I train in the mornings. when i wake up i drink a protein shake, two scoops of whey and it has 0 carbs, then i eat a bannana on the way to the gym. after i work out i drink another shake and eat some toasted wheat bread with peanut butter on it. am i doing this right...
