Small question
Im 5'7 and 193lbs..Im trying to tone body up and turn fat into muscle. I've read alot of articles that say that you should eat an extra 500 calories if you want to gain muscle. question is should I go on a diet and still weight lift or do I need to eat more in order to get stronger.
