Triceps pushdown

For the triceps pushdown i know there is a few variations you can preform the exercise, for example you can use the bar, rope or even v-bar. I was just wondering which is the best method for the triceps.

Training style

I was wondering is it best to switch up exercises every week or every two weeks for a muscle group. Do you get better results if you are to change up your routine by changing number of reps, lighter or heaver weight, and different exercises compared to just sticking to the same routine and just incr...

help

ive just started to take whey protien powder and im not sure when to take it. for work out i usually do whatever body part im doing then after that i do cardio for 30-45 minties...should i take the protien shake before the cardio or after the resistance training?

If you want to focus more on your abs then don't do so much weight training and take rests in between to do cardio. For example with workout i have plenty of time to do both cardio and weight training. Monday- Chest + Cardio Tuesday- Cardio Wednesday - Biceps/Triceps + Cardio Thursday - Cardio Frida...
