thanks guys for the replies. I started yesterday its great!
I'm doing the chair dips, and crunches, but what do i do for chin-ups. Nothing close around house to do them with, or can you buy a chin up bar somewhere?

Never mind, for day one. i can't do hanging leg raises since im working out at home, not the gym. and dips, can i just put hands on bench and feet in front and dip? Also if i'm 16 155LBS what should i start to squat?

what can i use as a chin up bar, all tips appreciated thanks :)

They wanna do free weights, Bench press, dumbbells, EZ Bar, and Resistance band. And on Wednesday and Sunday while I'm at hockey they run for cardio. So we just need schedule down for working out.

Thanks for all the replys and the only reason i don't want to do the waterbury method is because 2 friends will be working out with me, and they don't want to do that. but we can set up the program when we find what days to workout

Ok thanks for the help but just to clear things up...

Triceps twice a week? Are they more important then like chest or biceps? just wondering. And I only have a bench with like dumbbells the EZ Bar and a bench bar so How do I do leg exercises

To be honest I do not want to do the Waterbury Method. I would just like to come up with own. And I can do another exercise in one of the days off. And lower body? legs get worked out in hockey. Any help to make it better please, because I want to start the routine Monday. Thanks.
