Is it good for someone age (15) to work out everyday?
I enjoy working out a lot and I like working on strength training to get better stronger muscles. I have a set of 25 pound dumbells at home and I go to the gym daily. arms stopped feeling sore after the first month or so. But now they almost always feel tired. Is this a sign of overtraining? Or will...
